Originally from country NSW, I relocated to Sydney to pursue my passion for helping people move and feel better. I graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic, and I am also a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates instructor. My clinical approach combines evidence-based chiropractic care with tailored rehabilitation and Pilates principles to optimise mobility, strength, and spinal health.
Alongside clinical practice, I am undertaking a Master of Research investigating the relationship between spinal curves (sagittal spinal alignment) and health outcomes in adults. This work reflects my commitment to advancing understanding of spinal health and its broader impact on wellbeing. I enjoy working with people seeking relief from pain as well as those aiming to improve posture, performance, and quality of life.
